Modern work environments often require long periods of sitting, which can contribute to muscular imbalances, poor posture, stiffness, and discomfort. This workshop explores how prolonged sitting affects the body, including common patterns of overactive (tight) and underactive (weak) muscles. Participants will learn practical ergonomic strategies, targeted stretches to improve mobility, and strengthening exercises to restore muscle balance, reduce discomfort, and support better posture throughout the workday.
